He has been working in the personal injury legal field since 2011 and concentrates
a majority of his practice representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle, fall
down, assault, and other personal injury actions. Mr. Borden is admitted
to practice in Supreme Court of New Jersey; the United States District
Court of New Jersey; Supreme Court of New York; and New York Appellate Division.
Prior to joining Brandon J. Broderick, LLC, Mr. Borden worked as an Associate
at a mid-size law firm that specializes in defense work representing insurance
companies in the following practice areas: personal injury; labor law;
premises liability; insurance coverage; motor vehicle liability; and appellate
practice. He also has experience handling condominium and landlord-tenant
matters. Mr. Borden has been a member of the New Jersey Association for
Justice since 2016.
Mr. Borden aggressively prosecutes cases on behalf of his clients and utilizes
his diverse background and experience as defense counsel in order to resolve
cases quickly and for maximum value. He focuses on every aspect of all
types of personal injury actions and believes that great customer service
and unwavering persistence lead to larger settlements.
Mr. Borden is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School (J.D. 2013), where he
also served as an editor of the Circuit Review Journal and member of the
Ethics Committee, and Rutgers University, Rutgers College (B.A. English
and Psychology and Certification in Creative Writing).
